Playing Smarter

If you're like most people you can't spend absurd amounts of money on the lottery, so you've got to get the best bang for your buck. Lotteries are totally random, so the odds are the odds. You want better odds, buy more tickets. Wheeling is fun, but the problem with wheels of course is that though they can generate very efficient covering combinations they actually make no difference to your chance of winning a random event such as the lottery. 2. wheeling - combination on a cheaper scale

2. number groupings - do I detect a pattern here?

One of the patterns that lotto players try to follow in order to choose their numbers are the 'skip' of numbers. The skip of a number is how many draws are skipped between that number getting played. If the mean skip is 3, and the number hasn't played in 10 draws, this might be a good number to play.
